We have the traditional brass lighting in our main cabin. Needing more light when I sew at the table I purchased and inexpensive flourescent shop light. It hangs perfectly for temporary lighting above the table. When not in use I stow it in a piece of PVC pipe to protect it and it goes into the settee locker.
