Why does man think he can control a river that hasn't be been under control yet??? Didn't we learn anything from 1993... you don't build in a flood plain, and if you do...expect it to get flooded...

Jim, you have gotten in one more than I have! The blasted river has been too dangerous this year, they even stopped all barge traffic. It crested a week ago 13 feet above flood stage, is now down to only 7 feet over and falling.
