The clearance between the lowest part of the bridgedeck between the hulls and the water needs to be about 30 inches. If not, a wave can hit the bottom of the boat with a lot of force. When it does, the whole boat "slams" to a stop. A very unpleasant experience.
BTW, is that a Prout?
