Oberon is a very distinctive and beautiful vessel and I can understand why you want to find her. Unfortunately I haven't seen her yet in my cruising the west coast but I will keep my eyes open.

Not intending to change the focus of this thread but could you please tell me if your father built my Truant 33 sloop (see photos)? My home port is Campbell River and I have had this boat for a few years but I know very little about the history of the boat and where it was built. I have seen Truants but not with my style of wheelhouse with the raked forward windows. This is the first I have heard the name of Michel Betts and I would appreciate any information you can give me about my vessels history and your father.
