Does anyone find it ironic that, only a couple of years ago, the Dems were advocating $5.00 per gallon gasoline, as a means of reducing environmental pollution, but, now that they have the high-priced gasoline that they wanted, or nearly so, they blame President Bush for it, even though they have done nothing to bring the price down, while he has. On the contrary, the Dem Congress wants to take a long vacation from productivity. The President, on the other hand, brought about a reduction in the price of gas simply by announcing his willingness to drill for more oil. Oddly, the Dems claim that drilling for more oil won't bring down the price, but the President's mere suggestion that we drill for oil has, in fact, brought down the price. It seems logical that actually drilling would bring the price down even more. Am I missing something here?
