Earning a living as an MD

I''m a anesthetist that has traveled and worked my profession in several foreign countries, Cook Islands, Brazil, Turkey. I think you will find that most countries do not subsidize the medical community like the US. You will find yourself being paid less for longer hours however, most third world countries do not have the burden of malpractice insurance. As long as your expectations aren''t geared towards US compensation it''s usually quite easy to find work. Most countries require someone to sign you in under their name or service initially.
