Depends on the size. For fuses up to 80 amps, I like the maxi fuses. For higher loads, you're probably going to want a Mega Fuse fixture, which is good up to 300 amps.

The Maxi-Fuse looks like a large ATC/ATO fuse.



The Mega Fuse holder looks like this:


As for the charge controller, it depends on the size of the wind generator. Some installations I've seen use the FlexCharge NC25a, which is good up to 25 amps.
