Hi all,
I know that Rum is a nice traditional drink, which I like, but I prefer a good Tequila. Of course there are the normal mixes, Margaritas, Tequila Sunrise, etc.. and of course with a good Anejo you can just sip it neat or on the rocks. Lately I've tried a few new recipes with tequila also, a salsa, chicken, beef marinade. I recently had a nice extra anejo, El Gran Jubilea Tequila Extra Anejo, pricey but very very good. So what I was wondering is... How do others like to drink or use Tequila.
