Yup, it was Bush that didn't evacuate the city. Bush that diverted funds away from the levees, and of course, it was Bush that turned a disaster into a political gotcha.
Did the Feds do anything right down there? Not much. But to try to blame it all on one person, one person who had no involvement, until after the damage was done, is pretty weak, if you ask me.
And then, there is what has gone on in the past 3 years as well ....
