my chain locker drains into the bildge, my anchors stay topsides...hmm I might have to look into that. Does water in your chain locker have any place to go (into the bildge , cabin floor, bunk etc) or does it just fill up. If it just fills up and you have a glass boat the fix might be as easy as a small through hull (material is up to your tastes). There is probably a fancier/more complex answer
