Mat success
Over recent years I have enjoyed making some traditional rope mats for my own gaff-rigged Finesse 24 boat (Emma & Kate). I have made mats for entrance, galley, and block protectors in natural fibre, 6mm flax. This rope is relatively thin so you don't trip over! The mats after a while give that 'live-in' look that suits a traditional boat.
