Exactly how have we succeeded in Iraq. Much of the country is still in chaos with little or no basic services. We haven't gotten a dime of restitution or payment. Their oil infrastructure is still basically trashed. The chances of getting out of there in the next ten years and not leaving it a complete cluster**** is almost non-existent. The government that is there is ineffectual and highly corrupt.
Oh, yeah, you're using GWB's dictionary... and he's using words and definitions that haven't made it to Merriam Webster's version of English yet.
