Look at the companionway stairs -- very few. I think that says no headroom... otherwise it looks like a nice boat.
It may also be that the Newport 33 doesn't have a bridge deck, so it has a very low climb out of the cabin... If you look at photo 3, you'll see the companionway goes to the cockpit sole or very close to it.
