Rebedding deadlight - spacer?
One of my fall projects is rebedding the deadlights.
Inside, there is some (now crumbling) spacer material that was used to make the glass flush with the hull on the exterior. It's about 1/4" thick along the bottom, tapering to about 1/8" along the top.
Does anyone have any recommendations for replacement spacers?
