Hurricane IKE insurance question.
Hi all
As many I am sure are in the same boat, I have a question about who to claim from.
My beloved boat was secured very very well in preperations for the Hurricane IKE that hit the Gulf coast over the weekend, she weathered the storm but was hit by a pontoon boat that punched two very nasty holes in her stern port qaurter. This pontoon boat then went onto sink at lest one other boat further down the marina.
Heres the question:
Do I make a claim for the damages on my insurance and risk being dropped or should I try & claim from the boat that hit my boat?
