Any decent sail loft should be able to do the repair. They'll also have the numbers you're looking for. If you said where you were located, someone might be able to recommend a loft.
However, sails that are 56 YEARS OLD are probably not worth repairing. Would also recommend you read the post in my signature, to help you get the most out of sailnet.
