Welcome, Congrats and good luck!
Suggest you stop in Ft. Lauderdale and visit Bluewater Books and get the ICW Guide (southern edition) by dozier and the Skipper Bob's guide to ICW anchorages on the ICW which also gives you bridge opening times and shoaling spots. You don't say if you are gong ofshore or taking the ICW but I am assuming mostly the latter. If you are jumping outside for portions of the trip Doyle's Guide to SE US Inlets is a great resource as it has EVERY usable inlet with waypoints and pictures as well as chartlets.
If your mast is higher than 56' you MUST go outside from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale as the Julia Tuttle bridge is that height. Fortunately that is a day trip so you can just wait for good weather and make the run.
Good places on the way up to stay if you are marina oriented
Muni Marina at Coconut Grove
Las Olas Muni Marina or Moorings Ft. Lauderdale
Titusville Muni Marina
Halifax Harbor Daytona
Oyster Creek Marina St. Augustine
Fernandina Muni Marina.
Golden Isles Marina St. Simons

I suppose you know that the ICW shoaling in Jekyll is very bad north of the bridge so if you are not keeping her south of the Bridge...wait for mid tide!
Safe travels!
