If the boat was blocked and stored properly, the hull should be fine. Most of the boat's weight should be on the keel, with the stands just mainly there to give the boat stability.

If the engine was properly prepped, a year on the hard shouldn't be an issue. If you're worried about it, get a separate engine survey.

If the fuel was treated with a biocide, it should be fine....if not, you're going to have to get it polished or get rid of it and have the tank cleaned before setting off in the boat.
