If you are near the border I'd drive down and check out Baja Naval in Ensenada. Can't comment specifically on teak deck refits but they do good work on the other wood related projects I've seen come out of there. As with any yard you'll probably be happier if you can check on the project while it's underway.
If you're taking off the old teak you might want to consider glassing and non-skidding the deck. It'll be lighter and easier to maintain later FWIW.
