What they heck is this? They are pressed for time and acting in great urgency in the crisis crap and - Adding this to the the bailout insures a) skyrocketing insurance premiums for everyone, and b) a no vote
Unless of course they are suckering in a few votes that would normally have voted no, but can't because they are in the pocket of the industry.
