No its not ours but balmain is a good spot to live. I can just feel the easy trip into town in the morning. You are a lucky devil. We Moored at the spit bridge because we lived in mosman before coming down here. Our yacht has sold and we are waiting to buy now; Holding off to see what the market looks like in the nest term. I have had my eye on a 12m cat but in the end we may just go with a sundeer.
