BTW the engine/transmission sounds great. Had to replace the cutlass bearing and shaft coupling, though.
Way cool, good for you. Deep keel...what year? Check the back of the fuel tank for any rust, and the seahood, anchor locker, cockpit locker panels for any moisture and that would cover my advice.
