You misunderstand the case filed. Obama was born in America. This is not disputed. It can't be. Even the RNC while researching rush whatshisnames allegation this summer, discovered the birth announcement in the local paper. This topic has been settled and all allegations in tis suit withdrawn.

The real issue is his mother marrying an Indonesian when Obama was very young, who in turn adopted Obama. Obama became an Indonesian citizen and traveled on an Indonesian passport.

The court case is going nowhere. Even the RNC will tell you that. The law on this topic is very clear. Obama will be cleared to become President. Get used to the fact that Republicans are toast. Both in the White House and Congress. This is just Chuckles's last gasp at holding onto his reality. He really ought to turn off conservative talk radio and look around America these days. Unemployment is up again, the market is down again... just what did you conservatives think was going to happen this election cycle??

Apparently another Republican Congresswoman had her RNC funds withdrawn yesterday. It appears Democrats will come close to gaining 50 Republican seats in the House. If Stevens is convicted, they will have a fillibuster proof Senate as well. If he isn't, they will still have a slim shot at it, as he's behind in recent polls.

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell's endorsement of Obama was just one of the nails in the upcoming McCain defeat this week. "Reagan Democrats" were once the swing voters who decided presidential elections. In 2008, it will be the "Obama Republicans." New polls show Obama leading John McCain by eight points today partly because of his significantly higher support among Republicans than was enjoyed by either Gore or Kerry.

I'd suggest you guys jump on the "Obama Republicans" bandwagon as Chuckles and Sailawy21's 'reality' is sooo over.
