Do not recall the manufacture off hand. I believe it is factory installed with boat though.
From the car a continuous loop goes forward to a double block, back to car and again forward to double block. This is the 4:1 purchase. From there comes aft to a cam cleat on side of coachroof (where a spin downhaul is often located) and then back to single block on aft of track and forward to aft end of car.
Works extremely well and easier to use than most oter adjustable car systems I have used including on a Peterson 37 and a C&C 99
