All I know is that stopping as much pollution as we can is a good idea. When we can create jobs in doing so (we can if the gov.t gives incentives)then that is good...with no incentives then companies won't do it as much as needs to be done... whenwe get cleaner air and water we are less sick...more productivity and less health costs which save the Govt..i.e. you and I ostensibly...new tech that finds a way to convert waste creates demand for these technologies...its about having a global view to an extent... Mayberry is gone...it's about a wary optimism instead of wary pessimism...... it involves knowledge we have gained and new responsibilities as global citizenry...
