Just came across this on the net, looks like another internet scam--some idiot pretending to have a captains license when he does not.....If the allegations about this guy Eden are true, one would really hope that the Coast Guard follows through and prosecutes the man for using a forged captains license. Aren''t there pretty sever penalties for that sort of thing?
