Thanks everyone for the help. I just talked with Mark Washeim. My spinnaker has 5 tears in it. They are from 1 to 4 feet long. He said to allow 20 to 25 minutes for each tear, at $86/hour. I can get the 10% off.
Also, I don't have to drop off the spinnaker this week (but I can't wait until the busy season to do it). So next time I have to go to Huntington anyway, I'll drop it off.
By the way, the spinnaker also has areas where the blue has bled onto the white. Mark said there's nothing he can do about that, that maybe over time it will get better.
I can't wait to see that baby flying!! Even if it's going to be next year.
