I was able to buy West System resin, hardener and other materials locally at very good prices and very conveniently. As a loose rule, I would say that if you can find a facility that can haul you out to do the repair, you will also be able to find most of the basic materials. The one big variable is price. For example, Fiji is reasonable, but French Polynesia might be another thing altogether.
