I know some guys in vancouver who are looking to find a fixer-upper for cheap or nothing to go exploring up the coast with. Is it really a total write off, or could it be fixed at least temporarily?
I would link you to the craigslist post they just put up, or PM you, but I can do neither thanks to the draconian new members rules on this forum. =/
