Sometimes the P O is trading up, and takes the new flares with him. I once bought a 1976 O'day which had old flares, dead fire extinguisher, and an old radio. Not surprising, when I looked for the manual to help me get the old radio to work, I found a radio manual with the 6 month old purchase reciept and warranty card stapled in it!
