I agree with Jeff_H about the tiller extensions, particularly with my trihull. I enjoy sitting out on the ama and sailing, but when it comes to explaining to non-initiated crew that you have to push the tiller right to go port (left for them
), it gets somewhat frustrating. Reversing and "those unfortunately not-so-rare, special times when things are getting interesting"
have occasionally made me long for a wheel though.
