boat purchase, taxes, residence -- help for NW sailer?
Jim, thanks for the invite. I access the internet at the library 4-6 times a month. The email lists I''ve tried in the past have not worked well for me because my box gets overwelmed between visits.
I may give it a try, but if anyone can answer here that would be great.
