Spinning vs Burr Grinders
Not only do the spinners burn the poor little grindings, the grindings are of inconsistant size. Generally small bits are a little more bitter, and large ones more mellow. If you want to control the size and thus the mellowness, youhave to use a burr grinder. My mate found me a perfect hand one at an antique store.
