It is Washington's job to take money and send it elsewhere because SOME people are so ridiculously selfish that they think the government should actually install and maintain things like aids to navigation,
GPS satellites, roads, cops, court systems, an army, a navy, schools, and God knows what else. How unfair is that? Sheesh, any reasonable person knows that we dont need such things.
