Thanks for the information. I don't have a specific cruise in mind but I've crossed the Gulf a few times in the last 20 years and have used the MRGO.
I have cruised between NO and Pensacola quite a bit but never had occasioin to try the Cat Island Channel.
I use the Rigolets when I have chores to do on the boat. I can put it on autopilot in the Lake. I use the GIWW if the water is rough.
