My Suggestion Is To Take Coast Guard Courses In Navigation And Safety And Be Sure You Know How To Handle That Hunter Of Yours The Best Possible. Also Be Careful As To What Time Of The Year You Plan Your Trip. I Was Caught In A Hurricane Off Of California Back In The Late 80's In My Catalina 25, Believe Me You Don't Wsant That. Going Through 20 Foot Round Swells And Winds Approaching 80 Knotts, Like I Was, Is Not The Place To Be. Your Hunter Is A Safe Boat. Just Be Smart. Good Luck.
