i removed the carpet and laminates to redo my interior last year.
the best way i found was to use a heat gun (carefully) to loosen the edges and then worked with several scrapers and small chissel edges to remove.
most interior laminates and carpet are attached with contact cement!!
it's tedious so work in small areas at a time!!!
