Try the eBay idea. If your not getting any calls on your RV, put it on eBay. It will move, and at the price it's really worth right now. Same thing for the car. If it's in another state, that's not a problem as long as you have pictures, and you post that you will meet the buyer by appointment. (Even post that you will let them back out if they want, that will let everyone know you are sincere about it.) Explain the situation in your post. (If you don't have pictures, ask a friend take some for you. Pay him/her back in beer or sailing.)
If you've got a nice (and inexpensive) place to keep her at a dock, then it sounds like everything comes together nicely.
With a couple eBay posts, you'll have that boat within 2 or 3 weeks.
