French press is the way to go. After three years of folgers coffee bags my crew was close to mutiney, Got a frech press for christmas last year and it works greak. Great coffee and easier to clean than I thought. A quick dump over the trash bag and rinse over the side followed by fresh water rinse. I can see where coffee underway may be a cleaning issue but havn't tried it yet. I also have drip systems but don't have the patience to use them. with the fresh, boil water, pour it in and press. the drip system means I have to stand and slowing pour the water in.
My solution to coffe underway is Tea.
