I found every now and then in my early day's without Twings that the spinnicker in a bad drop was more likly to end up under the boat or simply getting a sheet or guy caught arround the rudder or keel I disagree with zz4gta they cost very little and are worth the trouble from the start of setting up your spinnacker system cheers kerry
