Thanks for your comments Tommays & Maine Sail.

It is pretty clear now. It looks like its 5200 then fair the join for cosmetic purposes.
The crack might reappear but no big deal, just refair when required (or not) since the 5200
is should ensure no water ever access the bolts.

Now there is only one thing (that I know) I am not sure about;

i.e. Whether the keel bolts should be fully tightened before the 5200 has set.
I am guessing that they should not be.
