Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Such is life. The product name is Jack Links and it comes in three flavors. Lightly seasoned, Italian and Mexican. The packs are 10.5 oz and equivalent to 1 lb. of pre cooked weight.Shelf life is 18 months and is printed on each packet.Packed flat and a real space saver.At the present they are exclusively sold at Wal-Mart stores but are going to the chain stores in the near future.
