stanchion repair on teak deck

Recently did some teak deck work on mine. Re-caulked and replaced some planks. I am not an expert but I did work along-side a professional that I hired. It was no problem replacing a section of plank. It was a fairly easy operation. Make sure you get the angle of the cut the same as the others on the deck to minimize the visual effect of the shorter plank. Currently replacing all stanchion bases.
