I could not get that link to work but from your description, a ''scetch'' is really a schooner. The definition of a schooner is a vessel with two or more masts with the main (aftermost) mast equal to or taller than the foremast. So two masts, same height would clearly be a schooner. So, I still have no idea what a scetch is. The article mentioned 160 square meter sail plan, that is a huge sail plan somewhere around 1800 square feet. That does not sound like a model.
