here's a thought to make sway's skin crawl. In actual fact the cheapest way for us to get ethanol would be to buy it from the Cubans who have lots of sugar cane they dont know what to do with. Maybe we could engineer a coup against Mr. Castro!! I think the only reason we do so much for ethanol is that Iowa comes first in Presidential elections.
