dont even think about living aboard there.I lived there for 15 years and was constantly rousted by the overgrown sea scouts.Its a nice place overall but there is no intercoastal waterway,the water is cold dark and deep.my time there was magic and tragic.I did get to do alot of sailing there .they are all a bunch of wannabees.I took a silent vow never to go back except by way of water.if you ever come back wipe the dirt off you shoes first.this way you wont bring back any earth quakes.the place in oxnard is the best.I was there quite a few times with several boats and thats probably where I will go to in the event I ever return
