After I answered your post last week I talked to a few friends and the general consenses was that they would not have any yard do more work on their boat than what was necessary.
Have the yard in Oxnard prep the boat, then fix the blisters and paint it yourself.
Get your boat back to your slip and have the rest of the work done there.

I don''t know, but the last time I heard of a boat being damaged by an earthquake was ...... oh never. If you come from Florida please leave your hurricanes behind.
