SIMRAD Customer Service
I have a tp10 tiller autopilot. Well I got it when I bought the boat in spring.It was a couple of years old and I just got it with the boat.....
That thing didnt want to work just right.
I send an email to Simrad and explained the problem and NICELY asked if they can help.
Sure, no problem, I send the unit to them, got an email of its receipt and another email inbetween to say they are still working on it.
Today I got a call from Simrad verifying the return address and that they will send me a new unit.
WOW !!! I wasnt the original buyer, its older than 2 years and they even pay the freight back to me .... I am a little confused, thats certainly much more than I expected. This will make me choose Simrad for all my electronic needs in the future.

p.s. Please dont crawl into your attic now and find the old 5 year old broken stuff and send it to them. If you do, at least ask them what it will cost to repair !!!
Dont want them to get hurt over this !
