They also make a newer product that is a rubber based teak look alike. (sorry cannot find the literature at the moment) It has great traction and little or no maintenance. I saw it at the boat show in Miami last Feb. I''m sure a google search would bring it up. As I remember it was very $$$$$$$. But, compared to $50k it might be worth looking at.
