Well David I think first you have to make up your mind about where else you might sacrifice some space. The stern is the most likely spot. You could use your main lift and with a smooth bar made of aluminum tube heavy wall mounted past the stern you could pull the dink up use the tube as a slide which would have the bow sticking in the air and your view from the cockpit would be the bottom of the dink.But it would be on your boat and the marina cant say you cant do that.I am waiting for someone to say something to us about our dink which we have hanging between two cleats from our pier but in our slip. We have a high pier and then low fingers here in New Orleans.
